Our NEW Freestyle Performance clinics offer you 6 days of Freestyle coaching from top British Freestyle riders and Coaches.

Learn the step by step progressions that have made these guys some of the most successful Freestyle snowboarders of their era.

It is a well known fact that a successful freestyle snowboard trick is all about preparation and execution on the run in and take off. Setting your line, getting your speed right and controlling the transition are key factors in the execution of a smooth and successful performance. Each trick is made up of a series of movements that are set in motion as you ride through the transition and leave the lip of the halfpipe or kicker. The smoother and more refined these movements the greater the outcome of the trick.

Obviously getting your board down first and being able to ride away is of the up most importance but as you leave the lip of the half pipe or kicker the trick is either already made or already lost.

‘Speed is your friend’ is another well known adage for the Freestyle snowboarder, another reason why a good grasp of the fundamental freeride snowboard techniques is essential. Being able to ride into a kicker or up the steep wall of a super pipe at high speed has to be second nature to the Freestyle rider, being able to ride away down the run out at even greater speeds is of equal importance.

(All our Freestyle camps are hosted in resorts with suitable snowpark facilities and we may drive to other destinations to suit conditions and training criteria).

Our Freestyle Performance Clinics will teach you the basic rules of riding kickers, rails and halfpipe.

Impact protection and helmet are highly recommended.

Group sizes will vary (depending on activity and ability) with a maximum of 8 riders to 2 coaches and on snow performances will be backed up by video analysis.
