Voyager Exp - Gulmarg

In January we will be running our first expedition to the high altitude ski area of Gulmarg in the Kashmir region of the Himalaya.
Known as a deep powder Freeride haven, the high altitude resort of Gulmarg boasts one cabin lift split into two halfs that gives access to a high ridge at just over 4000m. From here some amazing descents fall into the valley below starting out through huge open powder fields, gullies and rollers that lead down to the widely spaces trees for which the area is famous and for our trip we will take snowshoes and poles in order to access some of the amazing Backcountry terrain that is not accessible by lift.

This trip promises to be an amazing adventure in to a land of high mountains and different cultures and although details are not yet finalized it is already proving very popular.
